Making a batch of this deliciousness for the holiday…


Use whole cinnamon, coriander seeds, star anise, cardamom pods, fresh ginger and a mild, high heat oil like grapeseed oil. Simmer, cool, strain, and then use to flavor holiday treats and recipes! I especially like it as a substitute for oil in granola and mixed with citrus for a classy vinaigrette.
