Rainbow Chard and Adzuki Beans, Cauliflower-Potato Cake, Sage-Miso Gravy, Sake Roasted Oyster Mushrooms, topped with Cornmeal-Rosemary Crusted Onion Rings and dressed with Apple-Ginger Pickled Chard Stems.
